Happy 2011, may this year bring each of you success and happiness, Inshallah.
With the new year we will also be launching our new networking events, this year after much feedback we have made the meets regular and planned in advance as much as possible. There will be 2 minimum networking/socialising events every month and to make sure each of you can plan for them in your diaries, they will occur fortnightly, one will be on a Friday evening and the other on either a Saturday or Sunday afternoon as detailed below.
All regular networking events will be held in Central London (except Ramadan Iftars).
There will also be other events that we will be holding or marketing that we feel will benefit our members. These will be in additional to the below and will be sent out to members via the group email, advertised on our website and highlighted on our Facebook page.
Volunteer for Imaan Networking
We are now looking for members who would like to volunteer to join the Imaan Networking committee, we need help in the form of events coordinators, marketing, community management, etc. If you would like to volunteer can meet the following requirements then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Basic Requirements for all committee members:
· Meet once every 2 months for 3 hours in central London to discuss events and programs.
· Must be members of the network (fully subscribed)
· Must have attended some of our events, to truly understand the network and what our members need
· Commit at least an half a day week to the Network
· Be available to be an event manager for 2 or more events
· Be an ambassador for Imaan Networking
